Reporting to the Controller / Office Manager, this position is responsible for providing bookkeeping support as required (40% of role); for providing professional, positive and energetic first point of contact for current and potential clients and visitors to the office (40%); and for providing administrative support as required for members of the executive team (20%).
Provides timely and accurate professional support for Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Invoicing, banking and credit card reconciliation.
Administrative Assistant - Reception:
Covers the Front Desk as required including managing incoming phone calls, messaging, faxes, couriers, and greeting visitors. Orders and tracks inventory of office and kitchen supplies. Administrative record keeping including vacation/personal days tracking and boardroom bookings.
Executive Team Support:
Provides general administrative support for executive team members including but not limited to: drafting letters and memoranda, maintaining files, printing and distributing material, photocopying documents. Performs other related duties as assigned.
